Build Ora Group's credibility, visibility, and public voice by documenting the company's work and turning products, customer engagements, insights, and milestones into high-quality communication.

We combine software, artificial intelligence, automation, and deep operational understanding to help businesses simplify work, improve visibility, and make better decisions.

We are beginning with coffee through Ora OS Coffee, while building toward a broader portfolio of operating systems for African industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Ora Group's content and communications strategy.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars.
  • Manage Ora Group's LinkedIn, X, website, and other approved platforms.
  • Capture photography and video during customer visits, meetings, demonstrations, events, and company activities.
  • Produce written, visual, and short-form video content.
  • Develop customer stories, case studies, product updates, and founder communications.
  • Coordinate graphic design and maintain visual consistency.
  • Update website content and coordinate newsletters.
  • Build and maintain a professional photo and video archive.
  • Monitor brand presentation and communication quality.
  • Identify media, partnership, speaking, and public-relations opportunities.
  • Measure communication performance and recommend improvements.
  • Protect accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all published content.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent portfolio and experience.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Strong storytelling and editorial judgement.
  • Ability to capture quality photo and video content.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, web content, and digital communications.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel for customer and company activities.

Experience

2 to 5 years in communications, digital media, journalism, content, marketing, public relations, or brand management.

Portfolio: Applicants should be able to provide a portfolio or relevant examples of writing, photography, video, campaigns, social media, design coordination, or brand work.
